At LampsUSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase. If a fixture doesn't perfectly illuminate your home, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the item in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all instructions, mounting hardware, and internal protective materials.
Ship the Item
Affix your return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture to ensure it is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
